Listening to the radio when I heard that time might have an end They had discovered it's beginning way back when We've got our friends We've got our music and the promise of a sunrise to get us through the night so I'll phone a friend and we'll write a song to remind us what is good until the end. Sleeping along it is good for me when rest is what I need I thought my crying days were through I guess they never are But I've got some friends and I've got some music and the thought of coffee in the morning to get me through the night so I'll phone a friend and we'll write a song to remind me what is good when I forget. What can we learn from the kindness of a stranger the laughter of a child? That will help us live a good life until this world ends We've got our friends We've got our music and the promise of a sunrise to get us through the night so I'll phone a friend and we'll write a song to remind us what is good until the end to remind us what is good when we forget to remind us what is good.

I can find my own way home and I can find my way alone with a light a tune a map I can find my way again I have cried my tears by now and I have felt my sorrow too in head in heart in hand when I was looking back to you Every part of me is tired Every heavy limb I know My hair my skin my bones when will I feel light again? Play the music loud and slow play the ones we all will know a song a tune a fling and I will learn them all again. I can find my own way home and I can find my way alone with a light a tune a map I can find my way again.
